Happy New Year everyone! Can you believe it? The InsightLA Book Club has been active for a year now! Thank you all for your support, and we hope to continue to bring great selections to you all year long.
This month’s book is a wonderful children’s book by Thich Nhat Hanh and Wietske Vriezen called Mindful Movements: Ten Exercises for Well-Being. Tere Abdala-Romano, one of our wonderful teachers, recommends it because of the simple joy of bringing mindful movement and meditation into our daily lives.
