Meditation and Mindfulness in Daily Life


This class is designed to deepen your meditation practice and help bridge the gap between formal meditation and living mindfully in daily life. As our mindfulness practice deepens, how do we live with more wisdom in our interpersonal relationships, in relation to technology, communication and speech, in the workplace and when performing daily chores and rituals that are a part of caring for ourselves, our families or communities and our lives? We will explore these questions and more in a supportive group environment with meditation instruction, discussion, and mindfulness exercises designed to help you embody daily the wisdom, compassion and understanding gained from mindfulness meditation.
